I’m back, and today I will talk about tools you can use for content creation.
I, as a content manager, love to take photos, videos, edit them and even try out some designs, before giving briefs to graphic designers. So, in a long time doing this, I managed to have favorite apps, that are easy and fast to use. I use them for personal use as well as for work.
Let's start with VSCO, the oldest friend of mine
It is a creative channel. They create spaces and tools that allow for self-expression. Their mission is to inspire everyone to love their creativity. I love it because I can edit pictures, videos, create collages and also, share them with the VSCO community.
VSCO has a free version, it offers several filters and editing tools for pictures, but you cannot edit any videos. For a premium package you have to pay 20$ in a year, and in my opinion, it is worth every penny.
Lumafusion and Mojo for Video
It's essential to have a few video editing apps that you can use for content creation, as video content is becoming increasingly popular on Instagram.
We at Gegidze have two favorite social accounts: Lumafusion, and Jo.
Lumafusion offers the standard trim, speed, dimensions, and audio edits. These are useful for cutting clips and cleaning up audio. Its greatest strength is its ability to layer audio, video, and photos in one frame, creating compelling video content for your IGTV, or Reel.
Mojo, a popular Instagram Story creator app, is known for creating beautiful animated videos with dynamic text options. It also has unique visual templates. This will make Instagram users stop scrolling and ask "How did you do that?"
Creative Market and Canva for Graphic design
Creative Market offers millions of fonts, templates, graphics, photos, and other elements that will help you bring your creative ideas to life.
You can find a wide range of high-quality and unique content on Instagram from independent creators all around the globe.
Canva has a reputation for being easy to use and a great choice for creatives of all kinds, but especially social media managers.
These templates can create Instagram photos or spice up your monthly social media reports or presentations.
You can also upload the fonts and colors of your brand to Canva Pro accounts, making it easy to create branded graphics. This upgrade is worth it if you are regularly creating professional-level content.
What are you waiting for now that you already have affordable toolkits for content? Start creating interesting and eye-catching visuals for your social media, get new followers, or surprise the loyal ones.
If you need help or have questions, always remember, we are here to help.
Personally, I will always be ready and happy to answer your questions.
