About the role
Currently, we are seeking a motivated Tech Talent Sourcing Specialist to join our recruitment team, specializing in identifying and attracting top tech and non-technical talent. The ideal candidate will manage the entire sourcing process, utilizing diverse techniques to find potential candidates across various online platforms. This role involves creating and maintaining candidate pools, ensuring data accuracy, and collaborating with the team.
Your duties
As a Tech Talent Sourcing Specialist, you will be responsible for:
Manage the complete sourcing process for tech and non-technical positions.
Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify potential candidates through online channels, including LinkedIn Lite.
Create and maintain candidate pools for current and future job openings.
Oversee database management processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
Use Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to organize, track, and manage candidate information effectively.
Stay informed about industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor activities to enhance sourcing strategies.
Participate in process improvement initiatives and OKR (Objectives and Key Results) initiatives for streamlined operations.
Support the team during assessments and screening video calls.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor within the scope of the role and necessary to fulfill obligations.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in IT sourcing or talent acquisition.
- Proficient in using LinkedIn Lite and other online sourcing tools.
- Strong understanding of tech and non-tech roles and industry requirements.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) for candidate tracking and data management.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and organization.
- English language upper intermediate (B2) is a must
