About the role
Currently, we are looking for a creative and driven Social Media Manager to join the Gegidze Agency Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing content strategies that align with our brand’s voice and resonate with our target audiences. You will leverage your expertise in content creation, social media management, to deliver impactful and engaging content across various platforms.
We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can bring fresh ideas and creativity to the table, developing innovative campaigns that drive engagement and expand our reach. You'll work closely with the team to ensure that every piece of content reflects our brand's identity.
Your duties
As a Social Media Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Generating content ideas that bring results tailored to each Gegidze brand, resonating with target -audiences.
- Overseeing the entire content calendar, ensuring seamless execution of tasks such as copywriting, design -coordination, and scheduling.
- Developing compelling brand storytelling through diverse social media formats to amplify engagement and reach.
- Producing behind-the-scenes content that highlights team culture, work environment, and company -values.
- Planning, creating, and managing short video content strategy that showcases talents and team members.
- Conducting regular reporting and trend analysis to refine strategies and measure content performance.
- Leading initiatives to develop and grow a top talent community in the region, fostering connections and opportunities.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in Social Media Management & content creation with a strong portfolio
- Proficient in Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, including algorithms & trends
- Experience in paid social advertising (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn Ads) & campaign management
- Creative storyteller with a brand-focused narrative approach
- Strong idea generation, trend analysis & content strategy skills
- Skilled in content calendars, task coordination & social media best practices
- Familiar with AI tools & short video creation
- English language upper intermediate (B2) is a must
