About the role

Currently, we are looking for a top Sales Development Representative who will focus on identifying and generating new business opportunities in target industries.

You’ll be responsible for researching potential clients, conducting outreach to decision-makers and introducing them to Gegidze.com’s remote team services. Your role will include engaging with prospects to understand their staffing needs, qualifying leads for further engagement by the sales team and helping build a solid pipeline.

Your duties

As a Sales Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

- Lead Generation: Identifying, researching, and developing outbound leads in target industries (tech, startups, SMBs) using platforms like cold emails and social media.
- Qualifying Opportunities: Engaging with prospects to understand their HR/outsourcing needs and qualify them for remote team services and staffing solutions.
- Outreaching: Initiating contact with decision-makers (CEOs, HR leaders, CTOs) to present Gegidze.com’s solutions.
- Collaboration: Working closely with the sales team to build a pipeline and pass qualified leads for further engagement.
- Lead Nurturing: Following up with and nurturing leads through early stages, tracking engagement in CRM tools.
- Market Research: Staying updated on trends, competitors, and shifts to refine outreach strategies.
- Performance Tracking: Using sales tools and CRM systems to track progress and measure results.

Requirements

- At least 3 years of proven experience in Sales & Lead Generation in B2B, HR services, or outsourcing industries
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, ability to engage prospects via email, phone, and social media.
- Proven track record of working independently and hitting or exceeding sales goals
- Familiarity with CRM systems, automation and sales tools
- English language advanced level (C1) is a must

Nice to have:
- Strong understanding of HR outsourcing, staffing, or remote team sales
