About the role
Currently, we are looking for a top German Speaking Virtual Assistant for our key client, which is a Berlin, Germany-based company, specializing in developing software for banks and fintechs under the company’s brand at its headquarters in Berlin. Their B2B solutions in the areas of core banking systems, workflow-based process automation, embedded finance, and online banking are used by national and international financial institutions. To complete their portfolio of products and services, they have built an extensive and close-knit partner network, including in the areas of IT outsourcing and application management.
We are in search of a German Speaking Virtual Assistant to contribute to our client’s team by sorting through large datasets, identifying KPIs, identifying patterns, setting up meeting agendas, and managing protocols. You will have the opportunity to grow within the company, potentially moving into project management or other advanced roles.
Your duties
As a German Speaking Virtual Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Supporting strategic thinking by handling administrative and repetitive tasks
- Sorting through large datasets to identify KPIs and patterns
- Setting up meeting agendas and protocols, especially for larger client meetings
- Working closely with board members, being part of their day-to-day business activities
- Being involved in every board meeting to understand executive-level responsibilities
Requirements
- At least 3 years of experience as a Virtual Assistant
- Experience with tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, SharePoint, Confluence/Jira
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- Ability to connect dots easily and take initiative when identifying opportunities or problems
- Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with direct interaction with board members
- Capable of handling both administrative and strategic tasks
- Comfortable working closely with a German-speaking team
- German language proficiency (C1) is a must
- English language upper intermediate (B2) is a must
