About the role
Currently, we are looking for a German-speaking Sales Assistant to join a dedicated service provider specializing in facilitating barrier-free bathroom renovations for individuals with caregiving needs. The role involves assisting with client communications, managing sales inquiries, coordinating with insurance companies and construction teams, and ensuring smooth project execution. Focused mainly on Berlin, the company helps clients secure subsidies for bathroom renovations, offering efficient solutions through a network of over 100 qualified tradespeople.
We are looking for a German-speaking Sales Assistant to manage lead orders, coordinate with clients, craftsmen, and insurance providers, and ensure seamless communication. This role includes handling initial phone contact, following up on appointments, and maintaining accurate records in the CRM system.
30 hours availability in a week.
Your duties
As a German-speaking Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for:
- Managing lead orders and cancellations with various lead sources.
- Entering new leads into the CRM system and processing canceled leads.
- Handling initial phone contact and providing continued support for care-dependent clients.
- Following up on appointments, offers, and confirmations with clients, craftsmen, care insurance providers, and property management companies.
- Sending offers documentation to stakeholders and uploading/managing incoming documents.
- Managing client, partner, and stakeholder communication via phone, email, and WhatsApp, ensuring all communication is documented in the CRM.
- Maintaining master data for craftsmen, care insurance providers, and property managers.
- Handling complaints and escalating when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
- Providing training and support on the internal app used by craftsmen for offer/invoice creation.
- Coordinating construction approvals and final inspections with relevant parties.
- Issuing invoices to care insurance funds, clients, and craftsmen, ensuring accurate and timely billing.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in administrative, customer service, or similar roles.
- Knowledge of tools like ERP, HRMS, Sales, ATS, and CRM systems, Salesforce preferable.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with elderly clients.
- English language Beginner (A1) is a must.
- German Language Advance (C1) is a must
