About the role
Currently, we are seeking a German-Speaking Marketplace Operations Manager for our key client, a German-based company that is a dynamic e-commerce accelerator specializing in scaling brands on Amazon. The company leverages in-depth analysis and strategic approaches to optimize clients' performance and presence in one of the most competitive markets in the world.
We are seeking a German-Speaking Marketplace Operations Manager responsible for managing product presence on Amazon effectively. This role involves maintaining listings, ensuring optimal performance, and collaborating closely with various teams to represent client’s products in the best possible way.
Your duties
As a German Speaking Marketplace Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Maintaining and optimizing product listings on Amazon and the PIM system.
- Monitoring marketplace compliance and ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Managing customer inquiries, resolving cases, and delivering excellent customer service.
- Analyzing performance data to identify areas for improvement.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of professional experience in e-commerce, particularly on Amazon, is preferred.
- Familiarity with Amazon Seller Central is advantageous.
- Strong understanding of Amazon operations, including customer support, case management, and - logistics.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential.
- Analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proactive, team-oriented, and capable of working independently.
- Proficiency in German (C1) and English (B2) is required.
