About the role
Currently, we are looking for a creative and driven Content Creator to join the Gegidze Agency Marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for shaping and executing content strategies that align with our brand’s voice and resonate with our target audiences. You will leverage your expertise in content creation, social media management, and video production to deliver impactful and engaging content across various platforms.
We are looking for a Content Creator who can bring fresh ideas and creativity to the table, developing innovative campaigns that drive engagement and expand our reach. You'll work closely with the team to ensure that every piece of content reflects our brand's identity.
Your duties
As a Community Content Creator, you will be responsible for:
- Generating content ideas that bring results tailored to each Gegidze brand, resonating with target audiences.
- Overseeing the entire content calendar, ensuring seamless execution of tasks such as copywriting, design coordination, and scheduling.
- Developing compelling brand storytelling through diverse social media formats to amplify engagement and reach.
- Producing behind-the-scenes content that highlights team culture, work environment, and company values.
- Planning, creating, and managing a comprehensive video content strategy that showcases talents and team members.
- Writing, planning, and managing scripts for various video formats, including podcasts, interviews, and explainer videos.
- Shooting high-quality videos, capturing authentic and engaging moments.
- Overseeing the post-production process to ensure polished and professional video outputs.
- Conducting regular reporting and trend analysis to refine strategies and measure content performance.
- Leading initiatives to develop and grow a top talent community in the region, fostering connections and opportunities.
Requirements
- 3 years of experience in content creation and social media management, supported by a strong portfolio
- A "can-do" attitude and growth mindset
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Expertise in creative storytelling and brand narrative across platforms
- Proven ability to generate ideas and analyze trends to create impactful content
- Strong organizational skills in content calendars and task coordination
- Proficiency in social media best practices, AI tools, and video production
- English language upper intermediate (B2) is a must
- Analytical and numbers-savvy, with strong reporting and strategy optimization skills
