About the role
Currently, we are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Cold Calling Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential clients across the USA to intrduce and offer our HR solutions. This role requires excellent communication skills, a persuasive attitude, and a passion for sales.
Your duties
- As a Cold Calling Specialist, you will be responsible for:
- Outbound Calls: Make a high volume of cold calls to prospective clients to introduce our HR solutions.
- Product Presentation: Clearly communicate the features and benefits of our HR services to potential
clients.
- Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings or demos for the senior sales team with interested prospects.
- CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all interactions in the CRM system.
- Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals and performance metrics.
- Feedback Loop: Provide valuable feedback from clients to the marketing and product development teams.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and competitor offerings.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to develop effective scripts and strategies.
Requirements
- C2 or native Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, telemarketing, or cold calling.
- Experience in the HR industry or selling HR solutions is a plus.
Technical Skills:
- Proficient in using CRM software.
- Comfortable with remote communication tools and technology.
Sales Skills:
- Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to handle objections and rejections positively.
- Excellent listening skills and a customer-focused approach.
Personal Attributes:
- Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
- Resilient with a positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
