About the role
Currently, we are looking for a Client Success Manager to join our client’s rapidly scaling organization that is focused on empowering entrepreneurs and founders. Client provides proven systems that help businesses achieve audience growth, brand building, and community engagement. Their mission is to assist founders in scaling their businesses to new heights through a combination of automation, high-level strategy, and cutting-edge personal branding techniques. As they continue to grow, the Client Success Manager will be a key player in ensuring our clients' success by offering strategic guidance and support as they implement these systems.
As a Client Success Manager, you will build long-term relationships with a portfolio of approximately 40 founders, guiding them through proven systems to overcome challenges, celebrate milestones, and achieve breakthrough results. Focusing on personalized coaching, progress tracking, and client engagement, you will help founders elevate their businesses to multi-million-dollar successes. Your contributions will directly impact the organization’s success by ensuring clients receive top-level support and measurable growth.
4-5 hours of overlap with the ECT time zone required
Your duties
As a Client Success Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Client Management: Managing a book of 40 founders, driving them toward tangible business results within 90 days.
- Coaching & Accountability: Conducting 1:1 coaching calls weekly, guiding founders through bottlenecks and milestones.
- Engagement: Driving high engagement within our Skool community by celebrating founder wins, engaging with posts, and keeping the community momentum strong.
- Metrics Tracking: Actively tracking progress and client outcomes using Asana, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as upsells, reviews, and case studies are met or exceeded.
- Content & Process Development: Collaborating on the development of founder journeys and playbooks, refining the client experience to ensure seamless progress through the company curriculum.
- Client Success Milestones: Working with founders to map out and achieve key ascension points, ensuring each founder reaches their next milestone efficiently.
- Feedback & Continuous Improvement: Collecting feedback, identifying bottlenecks, and consistently proposing solutions to improve systems and processes.
- Team Collaboration: Working closely with the Success team, sharing insights and collaborating on strategies to maximize client outcomes.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in Client Success, Account Management, or a similar role
- Experience conducting 1:1 coaching calls and guiding clients through bottlenecks and milestones
- Strong ability to drive engagement and build a thriving community, especially within platforms like Skool
- Proficiency in using tools like Asana to track progress and client outcomes, ensuring key performance indicators (KPIs) such as upsells, reviews, and case studies are met
- Experience in developing content and processes, including creating founder journeys and playbooks that align with company goals
- Proven track record of helping clients achieve their milestones and ensuring smooth progression through a curriculum
- Excellent at gathering feedback, identifying bottlenecks, and proposing solutions for continuous improvement
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with cross-functional teams to maximize client outcomes
- Advanced communication skills: clear, concise, and confident, ensuring clients always know their next steps
- Ability to thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments and adapt quickly without sacrificing quality
- Experience in community building, fostering engagement and connection in a professional environment
- English language advance (C1) is a must.
