About the role

Currently, we are looking for a Business Development Manager for our key client, a boutique services organization specializing in Workday® advisory, implementation assistance, post-go-live support, and system improvements. Their senior consultants, with 5 to 12 years of experience, provide instant expert advice and practical solutions, ensuring seamless project execution. They are dedicated to helping companies through digital transformation, enabling employees and partners to effectively use Workday® HCM and Workday® Finance. Their team is known for technical excellence, a customer-first approach, and a commitment to delivering on promises.

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to lead outreach campaigns, build relationships with key decision-makers, and drive digital transformation. This role includes managing the sales funnel, creating insightful content, and optimizing strategies to showcase our expertise.

Your duties

As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Executing targeted outreach campaigns aimed at VPs of HR and Technology in medium and large enterprises.
- Using CRM to segment leads, craft personalized communication, and nurture leads.
- Managing and tracking the end-to-end sales funnel, ensuring a seamless and efficient process.
- Researching and identifying key decision-makers and stakeholders in target enterprises.
- Initiating and sustaining meaningful conversations with prospective clients, building trust and credibility over time.
- Acting as a trusted advisor by understanding client needs and presenting tailored Workday solutions.
- Monitoring outreach campaign performance metrics and providing regular reports to management.
- Analyzing data and feedback to refine strategies, ensuring continuous improvement and better outcomes.

Requirements

- 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
- Proven success in engaging and converting C-suite or executive-level clients.
- Experience in technology sales (hardware or software).
- Proficiency in CRM tools, preferably Zoho CRM.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft personalized and impactful messages.
- Basic understanding of Workday or similar HR systems (e.g., Salesforce, Oracle).
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign metrics and make data-driven decisions.
- English language advance (C1) is a must.
