About the role
Currently, we are looking for a top Affiliate Marketing Manager for our key client, a Latvia based company that is a licensed P2P investing platform, offering retail investors access to high-yield business loans throughout Western and Northern Europe. As their platform continues to grow, they are seeking to expand through strategic affiliate partnerships.
Your duties
As an Affiliate Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Driving the growth of the company's Investments' affiliate marketing program in key European markets (Germany, France, Spain, Italy, Netherlands, etc.).
- Identifying and onboarding new affiliate partners to broaden program reach and attract new investors.
- Cultivating and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners, fostering ongoing collaboration and success.
- Overseeing and optimizing affiliate network accounts, ensuring effective communication and smooth cooperation.
- Monitoring affiliate performance, generating detailed reports, and recommending strategies to drive growth and improve conversion rates.
- Implementing data-driven strategies to enhance traffic, boost conversions, and expand the affiliate program.
Requirements
- At least 1-4 years of experience in affiliate marketing, with a proven track record of managing successful partnerships.
- Expertise in performance marketing KPIs, acquisition funnels, and data-driven marketing strategies.
- Demonstrated success in scaling affiliate programs and managing high-level accounts.
- English language upper intermediate level (B2) is a must
Nice to have:
- Proficiency in additional European languages (e.g., German, French, Spanish, Italian, or Dutch)
